• Kids will work on learning basic strokes of a forehand, backhand, volley, and the beginning movements for serve.
• We use foam balls and Red 18" net so players progress at a fast rate.
• Fun group games to develop a love for the game of tennis and learning teamwork and coordination.
• We have 21" racquets that the kids can borrow at the courts.

• Using the low pressured Red Balls to ensure that these ball don't bounce too high or travel too fast.  It is the best ball the promotes developing a good rally and footwork.  
• We emphasis fun tennis still getting in our technique drills and footwork drills. 
• Fun group games to develop a love for the game of tennis and learning teamwork and coordination.

• Fun group games will always end the classes with lots of high energy and competition.
• We will use Orange balls to encourage good rallies and build good technique for the junior players.
• Saturdays are 1/2 clinic and 1/2 beginning match play in singles or doubles.

• Learn the basic strokes, stances, footwork and rules of the game. 
• We will work up to playing points and keeping score. 
• A fun learning environment using the Green Balls that are 75% pressure of a regular yellow ball. This encourages better stroke development and allows them to develop the rally and learn strategy quicker.
• Saturdays are 1/2 clinic and 1/2 beginning match play in singles or doubles.

• This class is our more serious juniors who want to compete competitively.
• Must be a tournament player to be in this group or be a junior varsity level high school player.
• 2 hour training includes:  footwork and speed training, stroke development, strategy drills, group points and match play in singles and doubles.  The match play will be recorded on Universal Tennis Rating.
• Players should make sure that they register for a free UTR account by going to universaltennis.com and then request to become a member of our Anderson Tennis Academy club
