• Learning strategy to being a high percentage player and what shot to hit when.

Description

• Get fit while playing tennis.  
• 1 hr includes warm-up, fed balls mixed with agility ladder, jogging or other cardio exercises, and ends with about 15-20m of group points focused on cardio. 
• Go at your own pace!
• Music plays to keep your body pumping.

 All players must have an Adult membership.

Lots of live ball drills with some dead ball/feeding drills

• Be challenged training with and against some of the best players around Southern Illinois.

Wednesday (3.0-3.5 USTA) 7:30-9pm

•  $235 for 12 weeks

Mondays or Thursdays (4.0-4.5 USTA) 7:30-9pm

• play 1x a week on either Mon or Thurs
•  $275 for 13 weeks, rotating 8-9 players

Sundays (2.0-2.5 USTA)  6:30-8pm

• 8-10 players rotating a schedule 
• $260 for a 13 week schedule

Difference League Levels:

2.0-2.5 (Advanced Beginner)

3.0-3.5 (Low Intermediate)

4.0-4.5 (High Intermediate)

*Players will play 2 out of 3 match during the time block. Champions of each night will be recognized and receive an award for best record of the season.

Enjoy some relaxing social doubles play during the morning and maybe meet some new players!  1.5 hours of play....just enough for 2 sets of tennis!  No scores are kept for this program.  5 players using a rotating schedule.

All Players must have an Adult Membership!

Intermediate Players: Saturdays 1:30pm & 2:45pm matches

(for Adults & high schoolers with 1.5-3.5 UTR rating)

Advanced Players:

Sundays 2:30pm, 3pm & 4:30pm matches

(for Adults & high schoolers with 3.5-5.5 UTR rating)

Play one match per week.  2 short sets with Fast 4 format.  Round Robin.
