Beginner Adults

• Learn the proper techniques, footwork and grips.  
• Learn Rules, etiquette of the game.
• Enjoy playing some beginning fun drills to transition you into playing points.

  All players must purchase an indoor Adult membership 1st.

Description

• Get fit while playing tennis.  
• 1 hr includes warm-up, fed balls mixed with agility ladder, jogging or other cardio exercises, and ends with about 15-20m of group points.
• Go at your own pace!
• Workout to music.
• You may makeup missed clinics on another day.

• Learning strategy to being a high percentage player and what shot to hit when. 
• Point play in doubles and singles at the end of the sessions in a fun group environment
