  • Singles and Doubles Drills focused on increasing your game to the next level. 
  • Learning strategy to being a high percentage player and what shot to hit when. 
  • Point play in doubles and singles at the end of the sessions in a fun group environment

DESCRIPTION:

  • For the serious doubles player who wants up improve their doubles game and doubles knowledge.
  • Challenge your mental toughness with pressure drills to improve you game when the match gets tight.

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm 

Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

  • Learn the proper technique for serve, volley, forehand, backhand, and transition shots, and point play.
  • Work on your proper stances and footwork. 
  • Get your consistency up to what it needs to be to start playing matches.

Upper level Beginners who are advancing from Start/ReStart 

(2.0 & 2.5 players)

  • Next level up from Start-Re-Start.
  • Class also focuses more on strategy of both singles and doubles.

 

LEVELS explained:

2.0: This player needs on-court experience. This player has obvious stroke weaknesses, but is familiar with basic positions for singles and doubles play.

2.5: This player is learning to judge where the ball is going although court coverage is weak. Can sustain a short rally of slow pace with other players of the same ability.

Cardio Tennis Drills for all levels


 Tuesdays and Thursdays

8:00-9:00am


16 Session for $150 or

$10 Walkup


Description

  • Get fit while playing tennis.  
  • 1 hour includes warm-up, fed balls mixed with ladder work, jogging or other cardio exercises, and group games focused on getting that heart rate 
  • Go at your own pace!
  • 1 rule: "Don't stop moving your feet"
  • Music plays to keep your body pumping.

Difference League Levels:

2.5 (Advanced Beginner)

3.0 (Low Intermediate)

3.5 (Intermediate)

4.0 (High Intermediate)


*Players will rotate partners each set, recording the winner of each set.  A league champion of each level (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0) is crowned at the end of each season and receives an award for the highest winning percentage.
